From start to finish, Scott showed mastery in his art of negotiation getting us the very desirable home we wanted on the terms we wanted, even being able to negotiate a brand new HVAC system for us. Not only this, but in the midst of our contract term, Coronavirus hit causing a tremendous impact on the way mortgages were being processed and approved. From that point, things took many turns for the worst causing us to almost lose our contract and investment in it multiple times. When our lender had no clue how to handle the circumstances plus the complexities already in place, Scott stepped in to "save the day", masterfully navigating us through to the very end. I can honestly say with every assurance that if we had selected any other agent to represent us, we would not be in our home now, and for this, we will be forever grateful for Scott and all that he did! Scott Korbin is the best REALTOR I have ever worked with. He spent so much time with my husband and me explaining everything to us the very first time we met him. We were moving to NC from FL and as we decided on a house, he was there every time we needed him. He even sat with us and ran comparables for us so that we could find the best price to offer for the house we liked. We ran into trouble trying to finance our house because the banks had such particular standards, but Scott found ways to make everything work out. We were able to rent our house until we could afford to buy it. On move-in day, Scott was there working out all the details like helping us get the water, electricity, and trash set up. I feel like Scott was very genuine and helpful and I would always recommend him to anyone in the Raleigh and Cary area!
